Good grief. Did you ever have one of those days when it was just an eating day? It doesn't happen very often, but today was my day. I couldn't stop eating. I'd stop when I was full, but I was soon hungry again. A coworker, who know a lot about nutrition and all was telling me my body was wanting something. Well it got it. At least most of my decisions were healthy.
I hear you there...Before WLS grazing was a bag of chips (whole bag) or 3 pounds of potatoes french fried...Now a grazing episode with WLS is an ounce of smoked almonds and another ounce of SF Chocolate covered coffee beans...Mmmm. But those make me wanna clean the house all night long...I get so wired! It's a trade off there. LOL

I know what you mean. I usually have no issues. I actually got me calories just where I was told to get them. Granted, I had to go over a little on carbs and fat. I mean like 5-10 grams at most. I have not idea what my body is up to. It was nuts too for me. Not coffee beans. Not a big fan of coffee, but maybe I should try them. Then my house could get clean. lol
Thanks for the advice. I tired that. I drink over a gallon a day easy, especially with the excercise. I've gotten familiar with my hunger and thirst sensations. I drank a whole bottle of water. Nothing. Had another. Didn't even touch it. It really felt like hunger. I think it was probably due to the change in diet. Not 100% sure though. Thanks again for the suggestion.
I have days like that too, when I just can't get enough to eat. Today was one of those days. My son had his 3rd birthday party in my back yard and we had pizza and birthday cake. I didn't get a piece of the cake, but sort of "scraped" some of it off the plastic thing from the bakery when I was giving out leftovers. Next thing I knew, I was dry heaving. I know better!!! Not only did I eat too much today, but I ate stinking birthday cake (that wasn't all that good anyway), and now I'm dumping and hate myself on top of it. Tomorrow's another day ...
I get this way at about a week before my time of the month (TOM) and it lasts right up til that day I start...I can eat some 1500-1600 cals and then back down to my 1200-1300 immediately on the day it starts...It always amazes me and I don't gain a thing either! I just cannot seem to find something that satisfies that urge to eat for about a week.
