I know completely how difficult a stall can be! Murder on your brain. So much so you start thinking that stupid scale must be broken -- I bet I won't gain either...Frustration will do that to you. But you've broken free of the plateau and you're on your way! Way to go....What is your goal? You've come so far already...All that poundage behind you and nearly there...

But wow! When you look at where you WERE to where you ARE...You've done miracle things! Yes, i you want to be 148, it's do-able...Just remember, it's easier physically to move in that direction slowly but harder mentally...We all want to get there quick but slow and sure wins the race...
