Okay Day # 3.....I forgot sorry!  Scrambled eggs, tuna cakes(yummy), tilapia, protien shake, sf pudding!  I had 101.4oz. of water, and took a 30 min. walk!!  I decided against the salad even though I want one really bad.  I guess Sat. Ill have a grilled chicken salad.  I'll have to wait!! ~J.
