Accountability .. What did you eat Thursday!?
Well, this week is winding down. The job that was taken away from me (due to stress issues) is starting to stress my replacement..Maybe someone will do something about that stuff..
So, how are we doing? How is your ship faring in all this wind?
Breakfast: Malto meal, soy protein powder, soy milk and coffee (2 cups)
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick wrapped in 1 slice of roasted turkey breast
Snack: medium apple
Lunch: 3.5 oz braised pot roast beef, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/2 medium boiled potato, 1/2 cup canned corn. (I ate this in two stages..Too filling)
Snack: 2 pc (2/3 serving) of SF Chocolate covered caramels. 1/4 cup smoked almonds
Snack: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
Dinner: 1/3 lb bison burger, 1/4 cup SF Jordan almonds.
Better totals today but without the slider foods I just can't raise above 2000 calories a day. Just going to have to stay where I am, I guess.

How are you maintaining? Still alittle more on the scale than you would like to see? I'm two inches shorter than you and weigh about 120 (give or take) so I need to gain alittle to get up to my surgeon's goal for me.

My teeth are still hurting. I needed an implant done on monday and they tried to place it. The post went in great then they went to screw on the tooth and all heck broke loose and the bone broke so we had to redo the graft and stitch everything back up and put the prosthesis back in ouch...six more months we will try again. I am down to 135 today...I am struggling at what is a good weight probably more like 140 my husband says I am looking a little gaunt but I think its because of the teeth hurting well I get back on track soon. Thanks for asking.

I was thinking that but with your teeth hurting...Maybe a few more "slider" foods? Not for your pouch but for your poor mouth. I'm so sorry to hear about what you're going through. Makes my mouth hurt just thinking about it..

I was so busy today getting my tax return donem then had to run out and get it mailed...I didn't think about food at all and then when I finally was ready for a snack I think I got hit with a tummy virus, if not my fish at dinner may have been bad. I ate the same for luch so who knows...tomorrow will tell.

Good morning Dawn,
Last night I just broiled th talapia with olive oil and lime. I eat it very often because of the protein value...I get one 4 oz filet down then a few hours later do another.
I don't like carbonation either...The gingerale helps my nausea. Never drink soda otherwise and it was flattened. I keep it on hand always for nausea and someone literally was trying to get under my skin yesterday and she literally made me want to throw up as she is obviously bipolar and not sure she knows it yet but its obvious to everyone around her or maybe she was just hitting the bottle again. I have no patience for those who sprout their negativity everywhere.
Hope your day is a good one, I am off to Sanibel beach for the day. It's gorgeous here today.
