Been MIA Recently
I've been MIA lately and I really have no good reason. I told a friend of mine yesterday that I think I have a tapeworm because my eating has been out of control. Today I've made moves to rope it and I'm back on fitday.com tracking everything again. I think the stress here at work just all bubbled up and took over and this was how I dealt with it. I believe I'm back on track now.Next week I plan to do the 5DPT again. I'm going on a cruise May 3rd so I have three weeks to some things to feel better about myself. I need to do that or I'm afraid I won't enjoy my cruise as much as I need to.
I have ordered the vitamins that were missing from my diet and have been taking them. I've noticed a difference in my energy level which has been wonderful. Mirabelle, thanks so much for the recommendations! I've even passed on the info to a friend of mine who just had her RnY last week.
I truly appreciate all of you who continue to support everyone. It means a lot to have this board as a reference and support tool.
