Textured Vegetable Protein or Textured Soy Protein

If i go to the grocery store where will the Textured Vegetable Protein or Textured Soy Protein   products be????

You can usually find it in health food stores but not all of them carry it.  I would call around first and ask them.  many will order it if you ask.  Most times the store that will carry it caters to the veggi pop.  so look for that kind of store. I was able to ask and they did order it for me Carla

I find it in the section of some grocery stores where they have the healthy foods or the flours and baking section sometimes...It's usually mixed in with the "rye, barley and whole grain type flours and baking stuff...It is labeled "TVP", if they have it.  Ask your store...sometimes they will order it. It's just as easy to get an order in online and it's not expensive at all...

I stumbled across it at the local Vallarta Market in the section that has the dried peppers and spices in it..
