Lol.. I became a true cook after wls.  all of a sudden I make all kinds of things.  things I cant eat but I live through my family when it comes to food..  You had a great day.. look at your numbers.. That is nothing to complain about at all.  hope things calm down soon for you Carla

Get some protein in for that dinner... you need to add more protein to your diet to keep you loosing.  Glad to see you back .. you have been mia for a few days. Be welll and sail that ship Carla

Thanks Carla . Update: Dinner: 1/2 avocado w/1/3 cup chicken salad w/light mayo  1 glass wine 5oz. w/2 kashi crackers & 2 T ?hummus (meditarainian) I think the chicken salad was about 17 gr protein.

isnt that the truth.  My family does not have a long track record of long life spans.  I am gonna break that cycle by staying healthy and living to be 150 years old.  I love visiting with them too. they have so much info and such a different way to see the world.  I just sit in awe at the things they have seen and done.  You had another good day.  nice protein number again.  wow that is so cool.. two years... and you are doing so well.  we are only a month or so apart.. how cool is that. Have a great one I am sure your doc will be impressed with all you have accomplished. Carla
