Boy did I blow it today! Oh well,,tomorrow is another day! Stress eating today,,had a friend in trouble! I walked my 2 miles though!!!! Calories- 1700 Protein- 130 Carbs-115 Fat- 71 Blessings Betsy

Oh my hope things work out for you friend.  Stressful times can really be a tough time for eating.  Nice protein number for the day.  Cals anf fat are bit high but tomorrow is always another day.  Keep up the good work at monitoring yourself and you will do fine. Carla

breakfast:  Starbucks cafe americano splenda and half and half lunch  4 oz rottisserie chicken brocolli and spinach snack  1/2 cup kashi go lean crunch no milk nothing else due to dentist appointment ouch did get my 96 oz of water and propel in today

Ouchy.. I hate going to the dentist but it is a necesaary thing we must endure.  Very low day for you,  Wow is about all I can say.  Hope you feel better and can get more in today.   Be well Carla

Sorry so late,  Been busy again.  Monday was my 9th anniversary of my 30th birthday.  At lunch I went and worked out, got 47 laps in (one more then Friday).  When I got done I checked my voice mails and my OVERDUE daughter calls me and is having issues.  We decide she needs to get to the hospital, so she heads out and meets the ambulance half way.  Long story short,  they monitor her for 6 hours and release her.  Still waiting for this baby.  Then we went and had my Birthday dinner.  LONG, LONG day.  Here was yesterdays food and activity:

That baby needs to get on out of there. this is getting crazy.  At least you were able to salvage your dinner and get your workout in.  low on protein but hte rest looks good.  Take care and hope to hear this baby is out soon Carla

Good Morning Carla :) Well Ive already packed up my puter and I had thought I posted this last night... duh so going by my very scatterbrained memory today here are my eats from yesterday :) I know I was low on cals, today will be even lower. I want to be well hydrated for tomorows long day of travelling so Im doing a lot of fluids. Monday Eats: Breakfast: taco mix, cheese, salsa, yogurt, 1/2 an apple (450 cals, 3 fiber, 40 protein) Snack: 2 lattes (180 cals, 18 protein) Lunch: 4 ounce ham and 2 cups cabbage (400 cals, 5 fiber, 30 protein) Snack: Bar (140 cals, 3 fiber, 10 protein) Dinner: cashews, bites, yogurt, nachos (490 cals, 9 fiber, 20 protein) Totals 1660 cals, 20 fiber, 118 protein Have a great day! You are gonna have so much fun I am sure.. have a great time and keep us informed on how its going for you.  Should be a lot of fun.  Living in cali i know all the fun stuff around the area and I'm sure you will have a blast. little low for you but hey... enjoy.. get lots of fluids and do some protein shakes if you can.  Dont drink the water in Mexico.  not a good thing.. And so a family crisis is about to crash into my peace and quiet....and I am so not ready to deal with it. The first thing I wanted was food...Thus the fried chicken cutlets with sauteed garlic , fresh parsley and herbed mushrooms soaked in balamic vinegar...With a side of WGW pasta in a mushroom gravy with crushed peppercorn...yada yada yada...All I want to do is gourmet cook everything ...And I really gotta watch that...cause I can COOK up a feast when I am stressed...and it's usually not the fat free, low cal version....OY me... B: Coffee, soy and protein latte thingie I drink every day! L: 4oz porkloin in a low carb wrap with cuccumber and dill fage yogurt, fresh spinach, garlic     ~1 Kiwi  D: 5oz egged and breaded, fried chicken cutlets ( 2T olive and canola oil blend)      1 serv Whole Grain Rotini Pasta in mushroom gravy  S: 1oz Choco-muscle milk powder, 4oz no sugar soymilk, chco jello single....(What a belly ache I got after this!)
