I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine - not my tummy, but it makes me really jittery. One a day is all I can handle - LOL!

Very low day for you especially with the exercising you did today.  great numbers on choices.. protein up and fat and carbs down.  Becareful with that low number. I dont want you getting dizzy from lack of fuel in your system. Be well Carla

Hi all! Maybe it IS in the air! I had an Atkins shake and I my belly was on strike! Since I "took care of some biz" it feels alot better:wink:. Today was good..actually stayed with my menu and didn't eat anything "extra". Not only that, but I took a spin class and sweat like a pig...I'm not even a huge sweater! But it felt good. Here's what I've had: B- 1 scram egg w/cheese, 1 chicken breakfast sausage, 1 slice wholegrain cinnamon/raisin toast w/tsp. butter S- Powercrunch bar before spin class L- 4 oz. steamed/Old Bay shrimp, salad w/LF mozzarella, cukes, croutons, LF French drsg D- baked chicken leg quarter, 1/4c. flavored rice, 1/4c. peas S- Atkins shake:bathroom: I'm trying to lose maybe 6 lbs. by next Saturday...I can do it if I stick to exercising and eating right. i just need to do it!!! And my estimated calcs were Protein: 101, Cals 1145. I'm actually a little under. April

Taking those spin classes will kill you.  I have done them a couple times and thought I was gonna die.  You can loose it but be careful to do it the right way so u dont get sick.  Your menu was awesome and the numbers were great.  You can join our grouchy pouch day as well.. yikes..  Be well Carla

Yeah - LOTS of stuff going on at home and work and my tummy wasn't in the mood for anything so I stuck to the soft stuff just to get something in.

Going on a mini-vaca tomorrow for a few days so that should "re-set" my system and my eating habits!

Hi Cindy and welcome aboard.  Not sure where you are going or are at in your journey.  By looking at your food choices for the day I see a lot of carbs and not a lot of protein.  I would love to see those numbers reversed.  Calories are ok if you are trying to loose.  other than the oranges I see no veggies either.  Getting carbs from fruit and veggies are the best way to get them, will keep you regular and help you keep those vitamins in your system up and running. Let us know where you are headed so we can support you better. See ya tomorrow Carla
