Monday monday.. back to work.. how is everyone doing today.  I hope this finds all well.  You all have been doing so great on your sailing the seas are looking pretty smooth with more clear days ahead.  Now you all just keep on going... Thats what this journey is all about. So here was my day. Breakfast:

Ohooo. Me first! My pouch didn't like dinner either. And it was stewed roast. I ate the carrots and forced the roast down but could NOT eat any more potatoes at all whatsoever...And I'm really short on calories now. I had a very stressful day at work. We have auditors coming on Monday and I am NOT ready. It's just not like me not to be on top of these accounts. I'm scatter brained and can't concentrate...TOM, I'm pretty sure. I even had hot flashes today. It's been a couple of years since I had those. But I'll get through it.

Breakfast: (major protein here): oatmeal, tvp, soy milk and protein powder...AND coffee

Snack: none...I worked myself into a frenzy and couldn't even think about eating. but I did drink a canned coffee iced latte (133 calories)

Lunch: 1/4 ground beef, 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup shredded lettuce and 1 serving Rasp Vinegrete.

Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 slice roasted turkey lunch meat

Snack: medium apple, 1/4 cup smoaked almonds

Dinner: 5 oz crockpot roast, 2/3 cup sliced cooked carrots, 1/3 cup white potato boiled Can't even think about a snack after dinner..That roast did me in.  Totals: Calories: 1607 Fat: 57 Carbs: 152 Protein: 127

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Wow it is a low day for you.  You will get it together for work.  With you A type behavior I am sure you will be more than ready by Monday.  Dont get all stressed about it.  You think better when youre not stress.. Still got great protein in even with the low cals.  Darn pouches have a way of messing of our plan. See ya tomorrow Carla

Wow what was up with the pouches today.. three in a row on unhappy ones.  You still did great on your numbers.  Hey even though I have added calories, which has been 2 and a half weeks the scale is starting to move down finally.  Keep it up and see what happens.. youre doing great. Carla

Hi Carla, I'm happy with today, I survived a horrible day at work, everyone was on my last nerve, PMS is in full force so all things considering it was a good day, could of avoided the BBQ chips and the Strawberry Cream pie which is sinfully delicious but it's gone now, lol. April 7, 2008

sounds yummy at first than I think of the after affects of sugar and it doesnt sound so good...lol.. my pouchy keeps me from liking to many thing.  lol You had an awesome day.  Nice carbs and protein and you fat is way down.  That is good choice making and you did a great job.   Take care and I will see you tomorrow Carla

I love the AchievOne too - but oh my gosh... how can you afford to drink that many in a day?!?! Doesn't it just wire you from the caffeine? Just curious...

I just use the achieve figures on fit day. I use it once or twice if I am on the road working, but usually 3 of my shakes are champion whey stack! I did find a one time deal on achiev where I got a case for 12$! Needless to say I ordered 12! But use them sparingly. The caffeine doesn't bother me though, does it you?
