5DPT......Day #1
Okay....So....Day #1...Not so bad!!! I think that I did okay. I had a Carnation instant breakfast with a scoop of whey protien, some sf pudding, some chicken broth, a bowl of cream of chicken with whey protien, and 135.2 oz. of water!!!!!!!! Holy cow!! I know right!! Everything is rushing through if you catch my drift!!
I have a really bad head cold so I'm on a decongestant which dries everything up! Therefore I'm very thirsty!!! I also took a 30 min. walk. So....bring on day # 2!!! I'm ready!
