Accountability... what did you eat Sunday

I think this will even out after Monday. What a stressful day! But the french fries were definately over the top for me.

I got the dark chocolate covered edamame (soy beans) at Trader Joes. I've been getting my fix of all the other stuff at WinCo...in the bin section. I got the coolest wasabe green peas...HOT. When you want spicy you can't go wrong with wasabe. It'll burn your tongue OFF. SF stuff abounds over there. And when I buy a little 1/4 pound..I have just to package it in snack size bags with 1/4 cup in each one and I can have one of those. So far I'm able to stop myself at one package since I only pack one in my lunch as a treat but if I had the whole bag, it'd be gone pretty quick.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I am itching to get out!  It's been raining for 5 days straight...and COLD too! I'm sick of cleaning...Sick of being stuck "resting"  LOL  I want to play!!!! I'm buying my annual flowers and that's that...I'm ready to get busy again...Tired of being tired! Okay...done ranting! B: 1/2C Unsweetened Soymilk (WestSoy), 1/2C Coffee, 2oz protein powder L: Meatless spicy Boca Chicken patty w/ veggie shred cheese topped with     1/2 an avocado, 1 roma tomato diced, fresh cilantro          ~1/2 C Blackberries D: 4 oz pork tenderloin (teryaki and garlic)      1/2 C steamed fresh spinach (plain, salted)      1serving whole wheat egg noodles cooked in spinach water with 1/2 t herbed butter        and a sprinkle of provolone, feta and parm cheese crumbles, fresh parsley ~1/2 tsp coconut oil and multi vitamins S: 1/2 C 2% Fage yogurt with 1C raspberries and blueberries pureed and sweetened with    stevia drops and topped with 1/4 C fiber one cereal... Fat: 45  Carbs: 120   Protein:111.5   Fiber: 32.5    Calories: 1261.5    Sugars: 22

Ok.. take a breath... there you go.. I would go batty with that much rain.  In cali we dont see to much rain as you know.. its the beach bumbs in all of us that keep busting to get out.  Right on track again I see. good job.  Love seeing the numbers doing there thing and people sailing their ships right and steady.  keep up the good work. Hello Carla :) I spent most of my day showing pookey why he will miss me when Im gone so didnt do so well getting my cals in, oh well... I know I will eat lavishly while away :) Sunday eats:

breaky: fettuccine, yogurt, apple (400 cals, 8 fiber, 29 protein)

Snack: 3 lattes (270 cals, 27 protein)

Lunch: chili cheese and nachos (675 cals, 11 fiber, 48 protein)
