Accountability... what did you eat Sunday
Busy day, heck busy work week then lots of fun planned for next weekend, oh I didn't mention it here before I don't think.......my Texas Message Board peeps will be invading Lousiana next weekend, about 50 of us will do our thing.....dinner and cha-ching a trip to the casino. I'm really pumped about it, can't wait. I've met some of these friends but not all and I'm super excited, I feel like I've known them forever.
I better run, I actually slept pass the alarm clock going off this morning, this is a rarity.

I went absolutely crazy today with fat...I really wanted those french fries and they tasted really good. And I stopped before I hurt myself, which is always a good thing. Got some feedback from the ol pouch but it was worth it.

I think the fat is too high compared to the protein.
I love fishing. Actually, not the fishing but eating the fish is my favorite part. I don't eat enough fish and it's just a treat to get to eat it really fresh. The last time we were in Montana one of my cousins caught us a meal of native trout...Yumo. Native is so much tastier than planted but that's a different story all together.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

LOL! I wasn't going to tell you about those! LOL They have no protein! LOL But if you do "one coffee bean and one soybean" and repeat you at least get in some protein! LOL I've been itching to go get some (edamame/soy) too...Been a long time since I bought them and chocolate has been calling me lately.
I still better check cuz I show 17 grams of protein for a 1/4 cup (or 40 grams) of them...If I'm counting on 17 grams and there's only 1.7....My numbers are WAY off..Forget the caffiene haze..I'm loopy!
