the weekend is over.  I spent the day organizing and preparing for my trip on Wednesday to the lake.  I cant wait for a few days of fun and relaxation.  Theirs a fishing derby on Saturday so I will compete in that.. lol... you never know with 12 of us we could win...lol. Made my menu for the weekend and got all the food and stuff basically loaded.. Now I just have to wait til its time to go.. darn thats the hard part. So how was everyones weekend.  How did you all do.  I did ok I guess.  I tried so reese cup sf candy.  Wow is that boring stuff.... not good like those almonds.. guess thats a good thing..lol.. So here was my day. Breakfast:

More cleaning and organizing around here. I un-earthed a lot more receipts that I need to add to my tax preparation - grrrrrrr. I think every nook and cranny has been cleaned now though and I can't imagine where any more receipts could be hiding. I should be ready to hand everything off to the CPA on Tuesday - Yay!

Did a lot better on eating today.

I guess that is one way to make sure our houses get cleaned once a year.  Maybe thats why it's called spring cleaning.. looking for tax stuff. lol.. great job you.  much better day on you eating.  Have a good one. Carla

YOu are right on the money there girl.  Would love to see more protein and  a little less carbs.  you still did better than last time.  Keep moving those numbers til you get it right Carla
