I have never tried it,but am starting today as well. I am 7 years out and have 25lbs. to relose,feeling very optimistic about this jumpstart. Gonna do my best not to weigh until the 5 days are over. Good luck to all those beginning today!

Okay I started this today.  I haven't been on a liquid diet in 6 years since right before my surgery.  I'm having a hard time.  I have wanted to eat all day, not really hungry for the most part, just want to eat.  Now that I'm home I'm STARVED!  I have to make dinner for my son and I want EVERYTHING I see.  Is this going to go away or am I doomed for the next 24 hours??How is everyone else doing?  Hope yall  are doing better than me.  GOOD LUCK
