You're right. At least I'm not hungry. I'm getting crazy with the eating. If this works and I start gaining weight, I'm going to have a hard time stopping this, I figure. I feel like I'm eating all day long, and I pretty much am. It's hard to figure when to eat and when to drink. I'm definately not drinking with meals so if I'm not eating, I'm either waiting to drink or drinking something..I have something in my mouth all freaking day long.
We called in the additional financing on the house to pay the tax debt this year but it's the first time in my life AND dh's life we've ever had to pay taxes and it's all because we did a good thing for our friends and helped them sell their house. We got 42,000 profit from it and had to pay 25% taxes on that..Lovely.
I haven't opened the SF cookies yet. There's too many other things I'm eating. That atkins bar shouldn't have ever been opened cuz it made my pouch really gassy.
Breakfast: 1pkg Oatmeal, ¼ cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk, 2 cups coffee 6 am
Snack: medium Apple, 1 oz cheese stick, 1 slice turkey lunch meat (8 am)
Snack: 1.5 oz Honey Roasted peanuts, 1 oz kettle corn pop corn, (9:30)
Lunch: Beef taco homemade, small orange, dannon yogurt 4 oz (11 am)
Snack: 12 oz V-8 Juice(12:30) , Atkins Protein Bar(2 pm), 1/8 cup Choco Coffee Beans (3:30)
Dinner: ¾ cup grilled chicken leg meat, no skin, 2/3 cup canned peas, (6:30)
Dessert: 1 oz kettle corn pop corn, 1 pc SF Choco covered caramel (1/3 serving) (7 pm) Totals for the day: Calories: 2283 Fat: 93 Carbs: 235 Protein: 152 I weighed in at 120.4 this morning. I'm either unable to gain weight or I'm highballing all my figures. I absolutely can not increase from what I'm eating now without adding tons more carbs and actual sugar. I'm not doing the sugar, cuz I HATE myself on sugar. It's the worst addiction I ever had and I won't go back to real sugar in high numbers. I realize some things have sugar in them but I'm keeping the levels pretty low, or trying. I think after two weeks of doing the over 2000 (shooting for 2300) diet, I'm going back down to 1800 calories a day. I can't get enough done with my hands always feeding my face.

Well those are some nice numbers to be counting. Working at night can play havoc on a routine and when and what you should eat. Looks like you did a great job and made all the right choices for the. Welcome aboard and keep sailing with us gals. I think we scare the men off, but they are welcome to join us anytime.. we promise we wont bite.. at least to hard.. anyway. enjoy the journey and stick with us.. we can all get to were we are going together.
