Ticker Question

Good morning everyone! Can anyone tell me how on earth I add this "ticker" to my signature??? Kinda new at this....Thank you!! maggie

Go to tickerfactory.com and do a weight loss ticker. When you get it finished, right-click on the picture of the ticker itself (not the HTML symbols), and choose "copy." Then come back to OH, go to User Settings, go to the signature part, right-click where you want the ticker, and choose "paste."

I've tried following those instructions but nothing gets 'pasted'... either with the copy and paste right click... or using the CTRL commands. Any other ideas?
