Hi im Misty I have lost 140lbs and Im 15 mos out. I just seen this forum and Im glad it is here to help grads.

Welcome Misty!  Congratualtions on your great success! You'll find a lot of good information from the terrific people on this board!  They are the best support group ever! But be warned, you won't get responses as quickly as some of the other boards.  Particularly for us Cali peeps! Michele

Welcome, Misty! I just looked at your photos on your profile page--you are a tiny little thing--no one would ever imagine that you used to be morbidly obese!  Your little boys are cute as can be too! You have done a great job--keep up the good  habits that took the weight off!  You'll love the grads board--not nearly as many postings as the main board--but virtually none of the negative drama that sometimes creeps onto the other forums!  Lots of support for those who are still trying to get to goal, for those who are trying to get BACK to goal, for those who aren't at goal but are OK w/ that, and for those who are successfully maintaining!

Hi Misty, welcome to the grad board and congrats on your success.  I'm glad we have this board to discuss WLS, our concerns, fears, etc. that the newer post-ops haven't experienced yet.

You look great by the way . You have did a great time maintaing your weight. THanks for the reply
