Long day...

Exercise: 30 min weight training (with Tue morning eye candy of course)

Cals too low today but I just can't fit anymore in. And no dense protein - I seem to be making a bad habit of this! Gotta break that tomorrow.

After having my girls pressed into pancakes (mammo)....I decided to go into Target and saw that Muscle milk I see so many using...I wanted to try a chocolate protein and when i saw it was lactose free I jumped on it...WOW IS THAT GOOD STUFF!  I love it. I mixed it with  my plain soymilk and chocolate instant jello single (powder)  OMIGOD!  It tasted like chocolate cake batter...I felt naughty eating it!  Was sooooooo good!  No more of those South Beach Peanut bars!  They kill me...I had three  now and all three gave me wicked gas pains...No more!!!!! S: 1/2C Coffee, 1/2 C Soymilk and 2oz  protein (vanilla) B: South Beach Peanutbutter Protein bar... S: Kiwi fruit L: 1/2 Rueben sandwich S: 2 oz red wine D: 5 asparagus spears quick fried in a spritz of olive oil ~  6 small buffalo chicken wings w/1T ranch dressing ~  1/2 C pork and beans S: Chocolate muscle milk mixed with 1/2 C Plain soy milk and a chocolate jello single (powder)  <-----devilious!   Fat 55   Carbs 113    Protein 120     Fiber: 20.5     Calories:1461    Sugar 28.5

HOw interesting that sounds.. what the cal break down on that.. I dont do muscle milk cause I see the calories and throw the carton for fear I will gain weight holding it..lol.. I know I am silly. Very nice day for you.. and you protein rocks.  I bet that is good.. yummy.  they have a new lean muscle milk too I heard. Well have a good day. Carla

ooooh french fries Carla!!! Im a lil jealous ;) I was a french fry junkie pre op but I find now I dont care much for taters in general :( I kinda miss that lust I used to have... Oh well I still have just as many lusts, but for different foods :) Not a great day for me, my protein was way low. Luckily I have had a lot of super high protein days lately so it all balances out in the end :) Tuesday:

Breaky: Chicken/brocoli fettucine alfredo (235 cals, 3 fiber, 20 protein) yogurt (80 cals, 8 protein) apple (100 cals, 5 fiber, 1 protein)

lunch: pizza (380 cals, 3 fiber, 24 protein)

Dinner: cereal, cashews, bar (500 cals, 12 fiber, 22 protein)

Supper: Veggies, meatloaf (400 cals, 5 fiber, 26 protein)

Snack: icecream (240 cals, 6 protein)
