Hello folks.  How is your week going so far.  I am pulling my hair out as the calls keep coming in and I am trying to answer them all.. yikes.. busy busy time.  So I was bad a gain and blew my dinner meal.. I have got to stop that silliness I tell you.  I ate some french fries that were calling my name than I couldnt eat my dinner.. than the grease in them made me sick so I have an upset stomach.  Someday I will learn.. I just cant do those things..  so here was my day. Breakfast:

I had one of those days too. I included some left over fried rice in my lunch bag today and it nearly killed me to eat it. It took me almost an hour...Sheesh. Just one simple cup of fried rice and I was over stuffed like crazy. Good thing I didn't try and eat that on my lunch break. It was split up into several small "couple of bites" and waits in between. All in the name of eating enough to get me over 2000 calories a stinkin day...

Breakfast: malto meal, TVP and soy milk and coffee (of course)

Snack: 1 oz cheese stick with 1 slice of turkey lunch meat wrapped around it, medium apple,  Snack: Popcorn in a 1 oz bag (kettle corn flavor, sweet), 1/4 cup roasted green peas

Lunch: 4 oz carne asada meat and 1/2 cup canned carrots

Snack: Small orange, 1 cup of fried rice, eaten over the course of an hour. Snack: 4 oz Dannon Yogurt, 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate covered coffee beans Dinner: 2 small tacos consisting of 1/2 cup ground beef (extra lean) 2 oz of cheese,1/8 cup refried beans, lettuce and two whole wheat tortillas7"  Seriously, I'm stuffed. I don't think I'll have another bite of anything to eat tonight. Possibly a nice warm drink before bed and that will be decaf coffee with some NSA Swiss Miss (35 calories) Totals for the day: Calories: 2295 Fat: 81 Carbs: 251 (YEOW) Protein: 150

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

At 1030 I am already in bed.. lol.. 4 kids and working my butt off lately puts me down for the count. Good protein you.. wow.. did really well considering how low the cals, fat and carbs were.. great job Carla
