Accountability... what did you eat Sunday

I missed my mark on Sunday. Too much going on. Well, today is another day! Breakfast: oatmeal, TVP, soy milk, coffee  Snack: Protein bar, 1 oz cheese stick Lunch: 1 Chicken Taco at Primo Burger, coffee Snack at a baby shower: 1/4 cup bean dip, turkey luncheon meat on half a small roll, with miracle whip, 6 tortilla chips, about a cup of melon, mixed, the tiniest taste of home made flan and a cheese blob that was deep fried with some sort of cheese sauce. Hard to count all this stuff. Dinner: 5 oz of marinated pork chop, 2/3 cup mashed potatoes, cauliflower (alittle bit)  Dessert: 1/4 cup toffee peanuts, 1 oz of kettle popped popcorn.  Totals for the day: Calories: 1988 Fat: 81 Carbs: 195 Protein: 132 At least my protein was high enough. Everything else just follows along. I wanted to get more calories in but didn't and couldn't.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Howdy Carla :) I am TOM and just struggling to get through the days... Yay for being  a girl, NOT! 9 days till I leave for Mexico so at least Im going to be over this mess before I get there.   Sunday Eats:

Breaky: 3 Lattes (270 cals, 27 protein)

Lunch: meat loaf, apple, bites (500 cals, 10 fiber, 26 protein)

Dinner: brushetta, cheese, veggies (500 cals, 15 fiber, 28 protein)

Snack: icecream (240 cals, 6 protein)

1/2 cashews (125 cals, 2 fiber, 5 protein)

Totals: 1635 calories, 27 fiber, 92 protein Have a great day :) HUGS PK

Thats a good thing.. would hate to deal with that on a trip.  you had a good day.  protein on the low side but still not bad.  fiber looks great.. how are things working on that end now.. havent heard anything so I would guess you have worked through those issues see ya tomorrow Carla

Got myself a pair of summer sandals that have a foot bed like a sneaker, pretty comfortable and you can wear them in the water at the beach. After picking those out I got brave and tired on a bathing suit, well..........it looked pretty good if I didn't look at my legs or arms. Too bad they don't make full body spandex suits. Needless to say I did not buy it.
