Well.. I just wasnt hungry today and I am eating a protein bar as we speak just to get my protein up to 100.  Cold and sprinkly here in cali today.. not much to do.  just hung out and played with my pc on some videos I wanted. Here was my day. Breakfast:

Today I slept till 11:30 &  I was going along feeling great and had over 60 grams by 2:30  but when 4PM hit I had no voice and couldn't swallow. Not sure if it could be this putty stuff I put on outside of water heater to try and stop leak (didn't work).I forgot to look at the ingredients before I touched it. I washed my hands immediately...don't know what I was thinking  #1 don't believe it when they say it works for pipes  #2 read first before touching! This evening I got some soup from my favorite Chinese rest and throw in egg and some extra protein and then I sucked on licorice since the calories and sugar grams in hall cough drops were not listed. I hope when I wake my voice is back...bet hubby is happy, I was in the middle of a screaming match with him over the stupid water heater and all of a sudden my voice was gone! I could almost see him grinning!!

Aww...I had to giggle even though I hope you feel better....But don't you just hate when they are so smug like that? Especailly when you are doing all the work to try to fix something... I finally got me some omegas!  Let's see how this schtuff works!  I found really teeny tiny gel caps...I bit open a giant omega gel cap once and I wouldn't wish that flavor on anyone!  :::Shivers:::  No wonder those things are so thick....they don't want anyone having to taste what's inside them!   Feel better!

Oh no.. that sucks... never loose a fight just cause you cant speak.. you need to resort to some MMA mov yes and put him in a head lock if he grins for that.. ... Hope you start feeling better real soon.  Yes you need like a bubble around to protect you from all this stuff... good protein day at least you got it in.. Take care Carla

Hey Carla!  I've been MIA for a bit....traveling for work.  That will be happening quite often in April so I'll post as much as I can.  It's just hard to maintain my eating, vits & protein schedule when you're away from home.  I walked on the treadmill today....felt good to move! B:  Cafe Americano w/LF H&H, vanilla protein shake S:  1/3 c. nonfat greek yogurt w/ 2 strawberries and 1 slice (ring) of fresh pineapple L:  protein shake, 8 cashews S:  1/2 serving chocolate peanut butter molten cake (partially made w/sf ingredients) D:  2 oz. turkey breast, 1 tbsp gravy, 1/8 c. cornbread stuffing, 1/8 c. peas & carrots S:  1/2 c. Fiber One, 2 oz. skim milk....then had another protein shake before bed to get my count up. Cals:  1117 Fat: 33 Carbs: 104 Fiber: 24 Protein: 116
