I got my calories up to about 800 yesterday and today really tried to get in over 80 grams of protein. Yesterday was a family party and my stomach was upset. Ended up not being able to eat too much, but over the last two days gained 2 lbs!!! AHHHHH....
ok, ok, I did calm down because I know I made good food choices and again today. Couldn't eat too much, but did at least get in my shakes.
