I was able to go to the gym early and then walked with Rocky, but then later in the day it was like a sci fi movie!!! It rained, sleeted, hailed, snowed the biggest flakes I have ever seen.  But.....while it was snowing it was thundering and lightning...ok.  I hear twilight zone music

I am taking the day off

Let's do some exercises on the one part of our body we love to hate....our butt!  Baby got back!!!

Glutes

Squats

Lunges

Take an exercise band and tie it and place it around your ankles..do side steps

Thanks Kathy I'll miss this post on the grads board, but I understand why.  I'll see you on the 'other side'!!!  hehe. I got my workout today by stripping wallpaper - started decorating my bedroom, but I also plan to do some stomach crunches later. It's hard to believe we are halfway through the eight week challenge already!!

  I will miss you here but I will look for you on the Main Board.  I took my measurements last night and will check them on thursday nights and post on the Friday weigh in thread.  I haven't worked out yet today but intend to work out hard before the weekend.  I don't always get on during the weekend but will let you know how I have done.  I just want to tell you that you have been inpirational to me and thank you for posting this thread.  Had you not posted it and I found it, I don't know if I would have started my workout routine.  This thread has change my life!  I will continue with this challange! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi Dana, This isn't good bye my friend  I just find there are not many here that post, I am sure they read...but most can find it on the main board as well.  If you don't come over to the main board I will come looking for you.  So you just keep it going my friend..  And post on the main board OK? I can't wait to see how you do with the measurements.  I am going to do mine no Sunday and post them on the tread Monday.... Great Job Kathy!!! I've been hanging in with the workouts, but no time to post this week. I understand why you're just posting at the Main Board~I'll try to check you out after April 15th when work calms down, LOL!!!!!

I had a very active weekend! Went for an 8 mile hike up to a gorgeous waterfall on Sat. Took the dogs on a 30 min walk. Went for an hour and a half bike ride Played tennis for an hour and walked 15 min home Cleaned, did laundry etc. I'm feeling good!
