Sandy I do the cranberry/almond protein bars (soy), peanut butter and graham cracker, and the other stuff mentioned in your email.  I do cottage cheese sometimes - I think I burn out on foods because I eat them so much.  That is what causes me to stray to the carb world too much!   Debbie
