This was taken the morn. of my wls. (Aug. 04).
Well, I copied the above pic from my "before & after" photos on OH, but I can't figure out how to copy a pic from my jpg files that I have on my computer onto this post! I guess you get the general idea of my "after" from my avatar pic, but it's really out-of-date. (I've gained since it was taken!) But anyway, this is my "before."

You all look great though. 
Dawn, I'm not a computer guru either, this is how I figured it out.......I opened to screens to OH, one the post so I could copy into. Open the other screen to your profile pictures, select the pictures you want to display, right click on the first one and select "copy", go to the message post, right click and select "paste". Do the same for the post-op pic.

Me either! So I went to OH photo dude guy....who did ny before and afters for the main site and He recommended downloading to a free photo album web sight called "photobucket" You just register and upload photos...It gives each photo a website address that you and I need (for whatever reason) to show on these posts...It's quick and easy but takes a moment to do...You can edit photos on photo bucket too! Such as crop and fix red eyes..and a few other things, I think...I just used it to post thse photos for now! LOL Here's the site for those of us who just can't do it any other way! LOL
