Ruth, right click on your picture, hit copy then in the message section, right click paste. I opened to internet explorer screens to make it simple.

Thanks Dana - I wish I'd smiled in the after pic. I'm so used to not smiling as when I was obese my eyes would dissappear under all the fat in my cheeks!!
