So... my boss sent out an e-mail yesterday about it, and I signed up... 'cause I can definitely use the extra motivation (a few co-workers signed up as well)... i could remember liking what youhad in your signature line and somethign about the name of the book - and wanted to see about buying the book but , couldnt quite put my finger on it thanks for having the link available i am going to order it from amazon.com i cant wait to get it i am within about 12 - 15 pounds of my goal  and feel 'stuck" and like i am saitsfied with my progress - slightly unmonitvated and in need of "something" so, i thought this might helpme kf

do you know what i mean about "good enough"? it seems like i cheat a little here and a little there just enough to keep the scale from moving down but, not enough to make it go up  i hate that but, i guess i dont hate it too much or i would quit doing it kf
