ME OBSESSIVE.. NEVER.. ok so miss obsessive woke up to a 125 on the scale.. YES A 125... now why i ask.. that is crazy.  Not my normal 123/121 but 125.  Now I tell you I am obsessing.. its time for the 5dpt for me.  I havent weighed that in 8 months.. omgosh. yikes... ok.. take a breath carla.. the captain is loosing it here. Wow you had a low day.  very low in all numbers.. some of that is good but protein is very low.  should of downed a protein shake or one of your favorite crunch bars for the difference. take care and I will see you later Carla

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Breathe lady, it's going to be OK, yes stressful but you know it's possible and it doesn't take but a day or two to make the scale move back D-O-W-N, lol.   Hang tough!

I did okay yesterday.  I felt a bit snacky throughout the day.  So on the way home I stopped and got some Hunts SF pudding to have at work when I need a snack.

Good job there.. you got nice numbers all around.  keep that up and the weight will be falling off.  Do you exercise at all and have you checked to see what your intake should be daily.  1372 is not a lot but if there is not exercise than it might be high if you are still trying to loose.  that cranberry stuff got you I see. Check that out. Carla

The cranberry snack did get me.  A guy I work with gave it to me and I saw the protein was high and ate it.  Then I read the entire label and about fell over at the fat content.  That's due to all the nuts in it.  I won't be having that again! I didn't get in any exercise yesterday, but I was down .2lb this morning.  That's how I'm losing lately, .2lbs at a time.  It's better than the other alternatives.   I hope to get back to the gym next week in addition to my water cycling class.

Good Morning Carla :) Nice protein number woohoo!!!  Now you know darned well that 125 is bloating, you dont gain 3% of your body weight over night with a real good binge, which you havent had :P I had a good eating day, didnt do much but my usual chores and lounging. I have been very hormonal lately and I get the sleepies so bad I just need extra sleep. Im sleeping 12+ hours a day and still feeling groggy this week. This is my typical "pms" routine and you would think I would be used to it by now and I still whine like its the first time it ever happened to me :P The bonus is I hope to be over the monthly before going to Mexico in 14 days, not that Im counting or anything :P  Its snowing here today so that means I will be mad at the universe and do absolutely nuthin :P Scale was down today, 143 :( Im not going to obsess about it, nope Im not, not at all. Really I mean it :P Breaky: Latte (90 cals, 9 protein)

Lunch: meatloaf, veggies, yogurt (400 cals, 5 fiber, 30 protein)

Snack: 2 lattes (180 cals, 18 protein)

Supper: Steak n veggies and bites (500 cals, 10 fiber, 30 protein)

So far: 1170 cals, 15 fiber, 87 protein

Dinner: chili with cheese (300 cals, 5 fiber, 30 protein)

Snack: cashews, ice cream (490 cals, 2 fiber, 15 protein)

Totals: 1960 cals, 22 fiber, 123 protein Have a great day!! HUGS PK

My kids are out in the swimming pool and you have snow.. How wierd is the world.  Nice day for you.  you are doing really well at getting those cals, fiber and protein up. Have a great hopefully warm day. Carla

Yep...TOM and the water weight!  You do not eat enough to gain fat!  I do this all the time! Up and down. I'm actually down some! I really do not get it at all yet!  But I had a feeling it was good for me to add carbs with fiber! I think this is a good plan for me so far.  The vitamins are hard on the bowels...Fiber is really a blessing even though it comes with many carbs...Tonight I did like you and just could not get enough to eat! LOL I didn't sleep either. So I was up late with munchies.  (3 am I finally went to bed) I could have really started logging the last fiber snack as next days breakfast!  B: 1/2C Coffee, 1/2C Soymilk, 2oz protein powder L: 6oz Ground turkey fajita style (W/peppers and onions) and 1 1/2 T Flax S: 1 small fresh banana and 1 oz raw almonds D: 3.5 oz steak and cheese with sauteed onions and mushrooms    on half a wheat roll and 1T mayo  (1 slice reg white american cheese and 1 lowfat swiss cheese slice) S:1/2 Grapefruit (with my iron pills for natural vitamin C) S: 1/2 C Fiber One cereal (dry) S: SF Skinny Cow IC Sandwich S: 1/2 C fiber one cereal <-----F-i-b-e-r  spells relief and both servings =70g of my carbs! :::Phew::::what a day! Skipped the coconut oil today! Fat: 63    Carbs:181(WEE WHOOO!!!)   Protein 115.5    Fiber: 46   Cal: 1562

Wow...  thats some numbers for you..  look at that fiber.. protein is great.  cals are a bit high to go with those carbs.  lol... its good that they were the good ones. Take care Carla
