Good Morning Carla :) Nice protein number woohoo!!! Now you know darned well that 125 is bloating, you dont gain 3% of your body weight over night with a real good binge, which you havent had :P I had a good eating day, didnt do much but my usual chores and lounging. I have been very hormonal lately and I get the sleepies so bad I just need extra sleep. Im sleeping 12+ hours a day and still feeling groggy this week. This is my typical "pms" routine and you would think I would be used to it by now and I still whine like its the first time it ever happened to me :P The bonus is I hope to be over the monthly before going to Mexico in 14 days, not that Im counting or anything :P Its snowing here today so that means I will be mad at the universe and do absolutely nuthin :P Scale was down today, 143 :( Im not going to obsess about it, nope Im not, not at all. Really I mean it :P Breaky: Latte (90 cals, 9 protein)
Lunch: meatloaf, veggies, yogurt (400 cals, 5 fiber, 30 protein)
Snack: 2 lattes (180 cals, 18 protein)
Supper: Steak n veggies and bites (500 cals, 10 fiber, 30 protein)
So far: 1170 cals, 15 fiber, 87 protein
Dinner: chili with cheese (300 cals, 5 fiber, 30 protein)
