Accountability... what did you eat Monday

Monday a day after a holiday is always a tough one to come back to.  Running crazy and seeing family and than running back into work like its like just any other weekend.  Hmmm... I have such a crazy schedule this week at work I am wondering what I was thinking... apparently I wasnt thinking when I planned out my week..lol.. I shall survive it though. How is everyone else.  Glad everyone had a nice holiday and enjoyed the day.  Its time to get back on board now and sail that ship, whether you didnt track or just over did it.  We are all on this journey and its time to get our fleet up and running again. So lets see how we did.. Breakfast:

Wow either a crunch bar or cytosport mscle milk.  Not much in the way of real food.  glad you ate the prok and chili for the day or it would of been all suppliments. lol.. You would think the protein would be higher with all taht.  you had a good day though all the numbers are in the right place. Carla

I did good.  Worked out and ate OK.  All I need to do know is get in all my water.  Here is my journal and food: March 24, 2008 Electricity went off at the office. Went and worked out. Warmed up with 4 laps then every other lap I ran for 30 laps then I did upper body and finished up with 6 walking laps. Total of 25 laps walking and 15 running. Work out lasted 68 minutes. Average heart rate was 160 and Max heart rate was 188.

1 egg, 1 slice ww toast (130 cals, 9g protein) 1 protein shake (105 cals, 25g protein) 1 slice 2% cheese (I remember it's 50 cals, can't remember protein g's) 3 bites of scrambled eggs with bits of sausage in it (who knows?) kashi bar (140 cals, 6g protein) some sf chocolate (70 calories, 0 protein) I know I probably didn't get in more than 50g of protein today, not such a great eating day, will try better tomorrow. Need to read everyone else's replies to get some new ideas.

You really should try inputing your food.  i dont think you got enough cals or protein there.  If you are starving you body you arent doing yourself any good.  Really sounds lik you arent getting enough food in you at all.  Think about trying sparkpeople or fit day.  I bet you could add more to you day.   take a look ok Carla

Thanks Carla and I think you are probably right. Problem is, I don't think I can actually EAT more food! I still get extremely full and stuffed from very small amounts and am often forcing myself to eat as it is. I have been considering lately adding some food replacement shakes to my day so I don't have to deal with eating more.
