Did You Move To Lose Today? Snow Storm on Good Friday!
Happy Good Friday Everyone
For those of us that live in IL, we will be shoveling for our Move To Lose Today... Isn't this lovely...this time of year you think sun shine, tulips, pretty Easter dresses and Spring Time... well we are getting a great big snow storm.
I didn't make it to the gym and not sure if I will go to boxing either. Gee, sounds like a day off for me

I didn't get time to do an official workout, but did run up and down a flight of stairs several times as our good friday service was in an upper room, so had to carry up ALL the equipment (many guitars, amps, keyboard, special effects, (heavy all of those so the arms got a work out too), etc etc etc and supplies. I made sure those legs got a work out, and ran up and down each time.
Thats a huge lifestyle change I have made. Even though I'm not a great one for exercise, (but I do my little bit) I try to see opportunities throughout the day. Whereas before when I went to the store I would drive around and around until I found a parking space as close as possible, I now see that as an opportunity to walk and park further away. I try and run to the car after dropping my daughter off, I run whenever I go upstairs, that kind of thing.
If we keep our eyes open there are lots of unconvenional ways we can incorporate exercise into our days.
Thanks for the inspiration to make exercise a part of my life to all those who post here.
Sorry so late. I did move to lose on Friday. I went to the gym and since I intermittingly ran the 2 days before, I decided to cahge things up a bit. I walked 7 laps, then I went and rode a bike for 30 minutes at 14.5 mph, then I walked again for 5 minutes at an incline, then I did 20 minutes of upper weight training. I was having issues with my heart monitor so I dont know what my heart rate was. I did not move to lose at all on saterday or sunday. Back to the gym today!
