Nice... sounds like a plan.. you will find the magic number.  one pound is a matter of a good bathroom visit or water drop.. lol You are still doing good Carla

last week 129 this week  129 I want to drop 7 more just so I feel mentally good...well feeding my ego I guess.  seem to be maintaining...I know my calories should be 1129 but when I go there I gain...when I go below I stay the same...maybe tomorow I will be down a pound. If I drop 500 I will loose but never get the protein in...hmmm such decisions but there has to be a solution. Before you ask yes I am exercising but cut it to 3 times a week so I didn't have to up my calories. Any suggestions will be gladly excepted.

Thats sad when you know what I am gonna say..lol.  I still say up the calories and exercise.  It will take a bit but it will work for you.  I have a hard time with it too.  I see a gain and wanna drop back down again so I cant push you on it cause I fail at taking my own opinions.  It works for everyone else I have seen do it.. go figure.  I think I am broken... or I am just to chicken to give it the full support to see what happens. How about that...I knew what you were going to say...I think you are right, I need to shake things up or go out and find a boyfriend. I am in a rut!! I don't put much effort into the exercise as it has become habit, I wake pee, have coffee exercise, clean, clean some more do the wash, put that stuff away, then I am ready for my drink and its already 2...so today I will start to throw in more vigorous exercise and see what happens.. I can't walk outside because of allergies but I do have Tony Little's Gazelle so I can walk more inside and I have weights. Got rid of treadmill as it was killing my spine. For 30 yrs I walked outside at 5AM to 6AM before traffic got bad then I moved to Florida 12 yrs ago and its too darn hot and I am not getting up at 5 when I am retired LOL  I have been doing  the same exercise for a long time, obviously they work since I am staying at same weight . I think I need to shake it up a *****ange my foods too (not so easy as I am limited with allergies...decided to make lasagna for Sunday so I will add some veal to the lean beef and ricotta and mozzarella (ack I hate meat) but can tolerate ground if its hidden LOL...so by next week I want at least one pound less. Let's see what happens when I change my diet. Off to make pasta sauce.
