I'd give my left hand to have your problem......my pouch is made of steal (99.9% of the time).  Yesterday I totally blew it.....carb fest from he((.  We had an Easter breakfast at work with so much crap; of course my weak self let it CONTROL me.  I promised myself last night today will be better.  Yikes I'm not happy to report my eating.

Sounds like you ate breakfast all day long. that jimmy dean sausage yikes... wow. oh my.. well you got your protein in and a little of everything else. hehee.. Still with our pouches thank goodness we cant get more in or we would be in big trouble on days were we just want to munch all day. Be well Carla

Good Morning Carla :) Sorry bout your grouchy pouch :( I had lots of grouching for the first 6 months and then Ive kinda weeded out all of the foods that bother me the most. High sat fat makes me ill, high poly/mono makes me happy.. Its weird how my body can tell the difference??? I still eat bacon but I dry it until it wont leave a mark on a napkin :P I wash my ground beef in ho****er until its as close to fat free as burger can get. Other than those I dont look at fatty meats much. I get lean lean lean everything and pouchy rewards me with not needing the vomit bowl everyday :P I had a good eating day yesterday, low on my fiber (again) but other wise good numbers for me :) My scale is trying to drop again so I really should get some more high calorie foods going on but I have so much groceries now it will have to wait a few days.  Thursday:

Breakfast: 3 lattes (270 cals, 27 protein)

Lunch: pork chop and veggies (400 cals, 5 fiber, 30 protein) apple (100 cals, 5 fiber, 1 protein)

Supper: taco mix (300 cals, 30 protein)

Dinner: roast turkey breast (130 cals, 25 protein) sb bar (140 cals, 3 fiber, 10 protein)

Snack: cashews, crackers, nachos, yogurt (520 cals, 9 fiber, 20 protein)

Well I finally got a minute to sit down. Allergies are good no hives  for 3 days!! That was quite a month!! Hope it's in the past. Carla, sorry to hear you had a problem with the grease...fats hurt me too...when I take my omega I take 1/3 teaspoon of peanut butter before hand for that reason. I can't do chicken, tuna and meat, hurt my pouch. But bread and candies I have no problem, I just need to keep slapping myself to stay away. I blame Anita for the Twizzlers last night.  Forgot to weight myself before my drink.

Ya guess what, I ate one of those chocolate covered strawberries too and not sure I counted it. LOL Having another protein drink now because I have no idea what time we are eating tonight and I don't know what but definetly not FISH. I can't smell it another night LOL He just went to pick up what I need for the lasagna. Finally a few minutes to myself...no grand daughter sending me winks or nudges and hubby at store....love it!

Sure sure...Blame me!  LOL  It'll be your fault if I end up buying a bag of tootsie rolls!  AND finding them all over my lawn in a few days...that is if they don't get stuck....um...er...Stuck on my shoes!  ::::pooting over here:::: Derned protien bar farts!   Pass me a probiotic will ya?

Your so funny! I have those too (probiotics sedona labs 16,000 strain) take them everyday..dr have my saliva and stool tested and I had no bacteria in my stomach, I said thats good right, he laughs and saids no not at all, you need to take two of these a day.  I think I have at least 36 pills in my vits and supplements..I am going to count them tomorrow amazing I can fit a little candy at the end of the day.
