Hi Kathy Sorry you aren't feeling good today.  Give yourself some tl****il you are feeling better again. I am noticing a difference on this challenge.  It has pushed me to start running and now one ofmy goals is to be able to run a whole mile without stopping or walking part of the way.  I also want to be able to do 50 stomach crunches by the end too.  So far I'm up to 20. Although I haven't lost any weight since starting to exercise, in the last few days I've had loads of different people commenting on how much weight I'm losing!!  It's so mice having thsoe comments again.  Clothes are a little bit looser - not much at all, but people must be seeign something, not sure what it is though!  I'll still take the compliments though hehe. So, anyway, today my exercise has been combination running/walking a mile, plus I have tried to run upstairs each time and run where-ever and when-ever I can, like going back to teh car after ropping my daughter off at school type thing.  I figure if I get in lots of little bits of runnin gi tmust all be helping my general fitness.  I'll do a couple of sets of stomach crunches later too and try to increase on my 20! See you all tomorrow

Ruth, Thank you soooo much for sharing that.  As you said the scale is not moving but your exercise and eating right is carving your body up in very nice ways...  And the fact your clothes are fitting lose means you are losing inches. GREAT JOB Take care, Kathy

Hi Everyone, Come on people come post what your doing, Challange or no!  I just got back from my work out.  I crammed it all in to an hour.  I walked 4 laps then every other lap I ran then cooled off with 4 laps.  I got in a total of 38 laps. That was 15 laps running, about 1.3 miles!!!!  I did that in 40 minutes then I did 20 minutes of lower body weight training.  3 sets of 12.  average heart rate was 157 with a max heart rate of 184.  I keep the heart monitor on even when I do the weight training, but I am sure if I turned it off after the cardio, my average would be higher.  total steps so far today are 8240 and I still have to go shopping this evening so I will have a good step count today.  I have a longer time frame to work out tommorow so I will change it up!
