Just couldn't find anything else that I wanted to eat today...Maybe I'll be inspired by some sort of dessert later. I'll have to add that tomorrow if I do.
I'm officially off for the next 10 days so WOO HOO. Some guy in a mercury station wagon was flirting with me at the gas station...At least I think it was flirting. It's been so many years, maybe I'm imagining it. My ego loved it, even if it was all in my mind..
Breakfast: Malto Meal, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup soy milk, 2 cups coffee.
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 medium pear
Lunch: 2 flour tortillas, 5 oz shrimp, moist cooked, 2 slices of american cheese and some salsa for dipping. (this made two shrimp wraps, not bad, different) and about a cup of previously boiled yams with butter buds on it. (wraps at 11 am, yam at 12: 30).
Snack: 1 Motts Blueberry fruit cup and 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit (blueberry also - this was YUMMY, about 2:45)
Snack before I drove home at 4pm: Atkins Protein bar. Seems to me this was too high sugar some months ago. Not too bad this time, 17 grams protein.
Dinner: 4.5 ounces grilled chicken breast, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 2 flowerettes of cauliflower.
ADDED: Dessert: 4 SF Wafer Cookies
I officially made up for the high fat of yesterday:
