Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday
All I had was one egg and one slice of whole wheat toast and no liquids or water. Honestly it's not that I wasn't trying to eat or drink on purpose but was feeling pretty sickly and under the weather yesterday, combo of a vicious stomach bug and a fever and feeling like I was run over by a mac truck.
I'm feeling the same way today (Wed) so I'll try to drink protein shakes if I really can't eat again, there was no excuse for not at least doing shakes yesterday even though I couldn't eat.
So I've admitted it, hopefully by posting this I'll feel more accountable today to getting some shakes in at least, thanks.

Hey sorry to hear your are not feeling well, but you gotta drink. It's the only way to flush the sickness out of you. ok. make them shakes or smoothies with protein if you can. that way it can pack some energy and vitamins in at the same time. Take it easy but do try and get something in.

:::Sigh:::Well the last few days I could barely get 1000 calories. I was constipated after having chronic "looseness" for months (TMI...I know) But it affected me and my eating adversely! Bought some Fiber One cereal! Now I see what all the fuss is about! Oh yummy (not enough protein but certainly has fiber and tastes sooooo good and it really "moved" me! ;)
I am cutting my protein down since I am not supposed to exercise or get my heart rate going. I do not feel I need the extra protein and calories at this time.( I could be wrong) I am finding it harder and harder to get it all in and forcing food is just not my idea of maintenance. I gained 2 lbs eating barely 1000 calories for two days! And my numbers were good too! I've not felt very good at all...Any thoughts on this? I'm stubborn, but I listen! :)
Since I threw many of vitamins on the lawn a few days ago...I feel much better...And my urine is no longer grassy green..., but clear as I like it.....It felt good to throw something too! LOL I have all new vitamins...so we'll see how that goes. What a waste of money...Well my lawn got nice and green between the iron with calcium and the rain and warm weather...so it was not a total waste of money! I don't need fertilzer now! LOL And my tummy is soooo much happier again...

Low Fat swiss cheese slice and 1 roma tomato.
L:1/2 wheat roll, Boca Burger, 1T ketchup, Sliver of onion
2T Guacamole, and 1T bacon crumbles (made at home)
S: Trader Joe's Greek Blueberry yogurt with a few added fresh blackberries
1/2 C Fiber One Cereal (Dry)
D: 1T Coconut oil 5oz Chicken Breast in a Spicy Thai Peanut Coating
1/4 Brown Rice and 1oz dried apricots

I had to do the same thing when I had to stop working out. It is tough but it might be something you need to do. Remember you still have muscles and they burn more calories so if you dont loose your muscles you will still need the calories to maintain them. Just a thought. It has been so long since I have been able to work out I have no muscles left now. I brought my cals down from 1500 to 1200 or less a day. It worked for me.
Glad you took control of the vitamin front and you are feeling better. Hopefully you will be back up to snuff soon and running around the gym looking at the eye candy again.
