Another day another plan but today I had a good day.. actually went over a bit.. yeah... so how did you all do.. Here is my day..

I had a good variety of food and felt like I was being watched while wating my tootsie rolls. Yikes my carbs are higher than my protein but I stopped putting anything more in my mouth for the night. Going to bed, hope you all had good days. My scale was at 128 all day even while eating, that was nice to see however I want 4 to 6 more lbs off.

Ah... well since you dont start eating until later it's gotta work hard to get it all in.  I ate every two hours..lol.. or I would never get it all in.  how sad is that I have to force myself to eat to keep my weight.. I am sure you have been there as well. What to say about this.. oh.. i saw your pics and you are petit my friend.. I have never been considered petit..lol.. I cant believe thats your age either.. you are a beautiful woman.   Hope you itching continues to abate. Carla

Oh thank you Carla, compliments I love!! You are very kind. No one believes my age even when its in writing in front of them, when I got new license last yr, all the ladies were looking at computer and I thought wow am I wanted somewhere, then one came over and asked if I knew my age was incorrect on license and I said eh whats it say, when she told me I said yes it's correct and she walked away saying I sure hope I look as good as you when I get "old"!!! I didn't know if I should laugh or cry because I am getting old but I am so much wiser. I do work at it...no kidding but have had no plastics on my face or neck as yet though as soon as it goes south I will go to a P.S. LOL So glad my face didn't drop with my boobs!! Itching is at bay for now...thank goodness, I would rather be in pain than itch!
