Carla are you talking about Kashi Go Lean Crunch...if so it has 35 grams carb for 1 "cup" possibly 1/2 cup  I am pretty sure. That is what I was snacking in the evening and creeped up to 134 and I was careful with it and no milk...I picked out the chunky pieces I LOVE THAT STUFF too but it took me from 121 to 134 from Dec to Feb when I did the 5 day pouch...I am down now to 128 tonight and just wanted to warn you...its addicting because it has so many carbs.

It was St. Patty's Day - nuff said..... The scale was the same this morning as it was yesterday so I'm okay with it.  Today I am totally back on track.

Okay, here's NOT what to do if you want to lose weight. I think I scared my body and I'm stuck again...But I'm not panicking, not, not NOT.  Breakfast: 1/4 cup Mighty tasty, 1 pkg regular oatmeal, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup soy milk, 2 cups coffee Snack: 1 cheese stick, 1 orange Lunch: 1 cup lettuce and about 4 ounces of that deep fried fish (cold) from the weekend and some FF Ranch dressing (hate that stuff but ranch was what I wanted) 1/4 cup (maybe) of shredded cheese Snack: 1/4 cup roasted green peas, 1 protein bar, 1 cup coffee, 1 SoBe Protein drink, 1/4 cup dried cherries Pre Dinner: Multi Grain Crackers w/FF Cream Cheese (1 oz) Dinner: Carne Asada, 3 oz, 1 oz cheese, 1 7" flour tortilla Dessert: 1/4 cup SF Choc Cashews Totals: Calories: 2320 Fat: 90 Carbs 242 Protein: 141 I'm on a roll.

Scary is more like it...I'm afraid this is just too easy. But it does all fit. Instead of every two hours, I'm eating about every hour. I wonder how long I can sit at 122 before I have to fast for a couple of days just to gain back my sanity.  Today will be tough because I put everything I brought in my lunch box on fitday and it's only 1000 calories so far(breakfast, lunch and two snacks) ...I need to find more to eat or I'm gonna be short...LOL

Dawn, Thats my number where I am happy 122. When you hit 120 just start to watch, I know you can do it. You want to be at a healthy weight...my mom told me something while she was laying in a hopsital bed dying from kidney failure(she was a smoker) in 1993 "Ginny please gain some weight, if you ever get sick you will waste away not being able to eat" In 1992 I was 112 and yes I was too thin and she was right. I had a label by every dr I saw as anorexic and I was not. I had to becaredul of my foods as you knopw. However I had a stroke in 1999 not able to make my own meals and lost total control (not good for control freaks) so girl I say get to a healthy weight as your therapist says so you don't go through what I did...depending on my husband to make my meals resulted in severe weight gain since I was unable to walk. You've doing great.
