Busy busy little bee..  I even come home and work.. it's crazy.  Oh wel.. hope you all are having a good first day back to work and all your ships are sailing right.  I hving been on a war with a few people lately (started on Thursday last week) about me being to skinny.  I am actually getting tired of hearing it.. lol.. Just because I went shopping and bought some clothes.  yikes. Anyway.  how was your day.. sound off folks Here was mine

Hello Carla :) Low eating day here. I am uber stressed with life matters and that throws me into no hungry mode :*(  I go to the doc tomorow Im praying it says 145 on her scale, I will drink lots before going just in case hhehehe Monday:

Snack: 3 lattes (270 cals, 27 protein)

Lunch: pork chop, veggies, yogurt, 8 ff nachos (490 cals, 6 fiber, 39 protein)

Dinner: Chicken cordon Blue (290 cals, 1 fiber, 23 protein)

supper: chicken stew (260 cals, 4 fiber, 30 protein) apple (100 cals, 5 fiber, 1 protein)

1410 cals, 17 fiber, 120 protein Have a great night!! HUGS PK

Not good to have a low eating day the day before the doc appointment but you got your protein in. lol.  drink lots of water, fill your pockets, etc.  You should see the crazy things I do when I know I gotta weigh in...lol.. My doc wanted me to stop at 150.. agreed to 135 and is mad at me for 120.  lol.. Hope your appointment goes well. Carla

I drank 48 ounces before going to the appointment and made sure not to evacuate anything. I wore bra, panties, body support, 2 pairs of winter socks, thick jeans, leather & metal belt and a sweater... 148!!! woohoo and she frowned at me :P BUT I discovered my home scale weighs heavy, 3 pounds heavy.. So if I were to weigh on a medical scale in the am I would be 141... thats wild!!! Oooops I mean baaad (gotta pretend not to be excited about such things :P) HUGS PK

lol.. i know the feeling. I have been avoiding my physical since October cause I dont want to see my doc.  I know she will yell at me again and I have lost even more since the last time she saw me.. shhh.. I wont tell if you dont tell Carla

Hi Carla, So are they envious or are ya too skinny? I would venture to say you probably look better than they thought you would LOL  How do you feel thats whats important? I  had a weird day...had so many nitemares I decided to get up at 5 AM since I was still fighting hives and took a shower. I don't know what I was thinking but I was back in bed after I made it at 9:30AM and slept until 12 noon. I am not sure why I am on this weird schedule the last week or so. I just know I have enough allergy meds to knock out an elephant and I am  doing the reverse. You would think with that early start I would have gotten in all my protein but didn't.

I am gonna vote for envious although that may be projection on my part. I feel great except when my bone**** things..lol.. which isnt hard to do.  I wear a size 0 to 3 pant but a large shirt,  thats not because of boos but I have broad shoulders and ribs.  It looks fine to me but some say it makes me look to boney.  My avatar was 25 pounds ago..lol I sure wish you could get that itching under control.  that really sucks.  Low food day for you all the way around.  Is it something different you are doing or is this just a constant in your life.  Get better soon Carla

Carla, "0" is pretty tiny, I hope you are a little petite lady!...all I will say on that! That's why I list my age and weight on my pics on my page so I can judge when I see them all together. Before WLS prior to stroke and weight gain I was 112-119 and I have to admit I looked like a skeleton and I was 5'4". Now I am 5'3"(shrinking) and 10 lbs heavier. I like 122 for my size but today I'm 129. Everyone carries weight different. Re; hives...Only thing I noticed was "guar gum" in the cottage cheese, don't remember seeing it listed before. So yesterday dropped  the egg,  the amino acids supplements, but did do my vits pack, extra calcium & mag, D3 before bed as was okay.  I guess its just what its called "idiopathic chronic urticaria" which actually means there's no reasoning as to why it happens. It's auto immune disoreder. I have been hive free for 3  yrs. This started up again early Feb. when I wasn't taking my meds 3 times a day as prescribed only once daily as I was afraid of running out. The zyrtec went over the counter and a generic (cetrizine)was approved and in that few weeks I was due for renewal and pharmacy was waiting for the Dept of Defense approval (script plan) and new script to send it to me. Who would have thought a little white pill would be so important to me. After 40 yrs of hives and specialist I found a dr in S. Carolina who suggested tacking the zyrtec (histamine for allergies) and zantac (stomach histamine)  combo and it has worked great for me...It takes about 3 weeks to get back under control.  Finally slept 10 hrs right through and no hives yet today. Thats a good sign. I am not hungry so I am not touching anything but my drinks until I am hungry,

Whoo hoo.. It's nice when you come home with more than you started with.  congrats on that.. yes you had a good food day.  Cake made with mayo.  that sounds interesting.  Never heard of that before but not much of a cake eater so I could of missed it.  Two days in a row.. keep it going now. Carla
