Hi Everyone Happy St. Patty's Day...  So are you eating corn beef, cabbage, carrots and red potatoes?  We are... I trim the fat from the beef and boil it for the alloted time, then add veggies.  I use butter spray on the veggies my husband uses vinegar and we are good to go.  I don't eat much of the corn beef, but it's so good.  Healthy too if you don't eat a lot of the corn beef Well you are going to laugh at my morning...sounds like a comedy movie or something.  I got up late and had to go to the post office to mail some Easter goodies.  But I had to be back before 10:30 as our vet was coming by to look at Rocky's leg.  By the time I got done waiting at the post office (must be a really bad place to work, have you ever seen anyone smile working there) I didn't have time to go to the gym.  So I went  home and pulled out my weights and got 2 sets of 15 done on shoulder curls and tricep curls when the vet's van pulled in the driveway.  Ok, I guess the time was 10:00 instead of 10:30.  So I am trying to finish up some free weight work in between posting and checking emails and such....  What a day.  that is what I get for getting up late I am going to boxing tonight though So my friends, Did  You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on it's week 3.....of our 8 week challenge.  Are you staying on track?  Do you feel a difference?  Are you challenging yourself?  If not, make some changes..... now that the weather is trying to get better get outside and enjoy Stay Strong, Sexy and Sassy!!! Did 40 minutes of weight training today.

Feeling stronger, sexier, and sassier for sure!

Hi Everyone Happy St Patricks Day!!  Look out for those leprachauns... I did a mile combined walking/running, will do a couple of sets of stomach crunches and try to get on my stepper although I don't feel much like it at the moment.

30 minutes with my Personal Trainer using the Pilates Reformer and 20 minutes of walking.

Hi everyone, After doing awesome on week one and blowing week two,  I got back to the gym today and walked 3 miles (33 laps) and then did 20 minutes of upper.  I did 2 sets of 12 on each of the things I do (call me stupid but I don't remember what they are called)  I am notorious for calling things watchamacallit and thingybobber.  Total workout was 1:02 average heart rate was 153 and max heart rate was 169.  Got back on a good food plan today AND I got in all my water today!  I have already stepped 8927 steps and it is only 4:41.  I miss checking in regulary!  Going to work very hard this week to get back to basics!  Hugs everybody!

Ok, so I have not joined in on this for a looooong time, been lurking mostly,  hope I am not intruding.    I did 30 minutes on the treadmill for 1.5 miles and then 30 minutes legs and abs...  I finally started back at the gym about 3 weeks ago.  Meet with the personal trainer next week.  Tomorrow upper body and 1.5 miles again. Good night  all.
