I have alot to think about today. I went to support this morning and I think Sonja may be on to something about my mental state...I'll elaborate once I've thought about it some more... Yesterday was okay. Alittle short on the calories, I'm working on that too. How to add more and not sugar or too high in carbs? Hmm. No ideas yet.  Breakfast: 1/4 cup TVP, 1/4 cup Mighty Tasty, 1-1/4 cup soy milk, 2 cups coffee (28 grams protein) Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, SoBe Protein Drink (13 grams protein) Lunch: approx 5 oz Carne Asada on a 8" flour tortilla with about a 1/4 cup shredded cheese (53 grams protein) snack: ??Nothing much, possibly about 5 hard pretzels, fat ones not sure of the count so I didn't include them. Mindless snacking. Dinner: Fried chicken from Albertsons and 1/4 cup of their potato salad..I did take all the meat off the bones and measured it. about 2/3 cup (29 grams protein) Dessert: 1/4 cup SF Chocolate covered Cashews. (4 grams protein) Totals: Calories1548 Fat: 65 Carbs: 112 Protein: 129 Gosh that carb count is low today. Fat count is right on and protein is good. I'm loving that carne asada. They (my sister and brother in law) got it at Vallarta Market straight from the butcher shop...I'm thinking that stuff is DAHBOMB for us this summer. My new favorite dish.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Yeah.. gotta go to an authenic place if you want the good stuff.. sounds like you found some.  Yepper all the numbers are there for you and you did good.  A little low on cals but you didnt do the pretzels so it could be a bit higher..lol.. but not by much.. Getting new furnace next week since it is on it's eay out, and what happens today??? My tredmill stopped working and you could smell smoke like an electrical burn out. My DH says the motor went and it is only two years old. Will have to call about getting that fixed on Monday and the upstairs bathroom toilet needed new insides which my DH fixed today. Lets hope that nothing else goes on the fritz.

Hi Carla :) Good day here, nothing new to report. Just been decorating and puttering trying to stay up mentally while waiting for spring to get here :)  Friday: Breakfast: Chicken n cheese salad (400 cals, 5 fiber, 35 protein)

Snack: 2 lattes (180 cals, 18 protein)

Lunch: Ham n cheese pitas (500 cals, 7 fiber, 40 protein)

Dinner: Chicken n cheese salad (400 cals, 5 fiber, 35 protein)

Snack: Apple (100 cals, 5 fiber, 1 protein) cashews (250 cals, 2 fiber, 9 protein)
