Hehehe.. just went shopping.. I am on a roll with buying new clothes... I am very addicted to shopping and have done good at not buying thing but.. hey... the summer clothes are out.. i gotta go there you know.. So had an ok day for food.. little low but the protein looks good.. Here is my day

Ewww I sure liked those carbs yesterday......but I'm ok with it I guess, trying to not be too hard on myself.  THIS is what happens when you "think" you have something at work to eat and your out of all the good stuff.  We had friends over last night and didn't cook, hence going out to get fried catfi**** was good but again not the best choice.  Real low on protein yesterday, will do better today. March 14, 2008

I missed a couple of days of posting due to being out with work travel....those days really mess with my eating and it shows on the scale!  Hopefully it's jus****er weight and it will come back down once I get back into my usual eating routine.  Today was a pretty good day (other than the fried zucchini :-) B:  coffee w/LF H&H, java protein shake (4 oz vanilla soy slender + Whey Gourmet Cappaccino protein) S:  3/4 c. nonfat greek yogurt, 1/4 c. Bear Naked Fit granola L:  grilled chicken salad (3 oz. chicken, mixed greens, 1 Tbsp. almonds, 1 Tbsp. crumbled bleu cheese, 1 Tbsp balsamic dressing), 3 slices fried zucchini & marinara sauce S:  6 Joseph's SF chocolate mint cookies D:  2 oz. lean hamburger patty, 1 slice american cheese S:  protein hot cocoa (Nectar Sweets Vanilla Bean Torte protein w/sf hot cocoa mix)....later had 1/2 c. Well...spring sprung yesterday here in VA!  It is daffodils and flowering trees everywhere!  It seems so early yet...but whose complaining?  Not me!  My hands and feet have been warm for a few days now...Not sure if it is the weather...or I am absorbing iron!  Either way...it feels nice for a change! B: 1/2 C Coffee w/1/2C Soymilk and 2 scoops protein powder 1/2 Tsp Coconut oil w/multi-vits  L: 4oz baked chicken breast w/2oz spinach and goat cheese S: 1C organic mixed green salad, 1/2 fresh avocado chunks,      1 roma tomatoe, 1T Light Ginger Soy Dressing D: 3 oz. It got cold here today and I am running around with another sweater on..lol.. its so funny cause a few years ago I wore shorts even in the rain and now I am freezing all the time.  Good day.. little low on the protein side but the rest is all in good places. Carla

I thought I would have soup since my stomach was still trying to recover from Boca (gluten) on Thurs. I just made it worse with soup...come to find out after I ate it there was "disodium glutmate" another fancy name for MSG...so I scratched all night and medicated myself with twizzlers. Today I am on drinks only to get rid of all this junk in my system. I can't believe how such a little ingredient can affect my stomach ands skin..two days in a row I sabotaged myself!
