Hey Everyone
It's Friday and I for one am glad
I wanted to take a moment to talk about the effects exercise has on us mentally
I have found and get emails to back this up, that no matter what is going on in your life if you do some kind of exercise it really helps us with the stress and to see thing clearly
So even if it's a short walk, try and do something, it will make you feel better and stronger to take on life's challenges
I went to the gym this am and don't have time to post all the sets but worked on my

Biceps
Back
Shoulders
Going to the gym tonight for boxing... I am getting addicted to that I think

Hello,
I did 40 minutes on the eliptical at resistance level of 12. I then participated in my daughters kid fit class at the YMCA; we ran a few laps then played some other running games. I plan on Zumba tomorrow and Sunday. I had a pretty good week exercise wise, I got 4 days in. I still need to do some weights. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Kathy, thank you for the encouragement. My only exericise this week has been at work and two physical therapy appointments. Been so dog-tired all week long that I just coulndn't make myself do extra but I will commune with the treadmill this weekend. Ate everything that wasn't nailed down today and have to work extra hard tomorrow!
