Good job Carla! You are so disciplined! Last week: 164.9 This week: 163.2 Been a few months since I was here! Let's see if I can hold it steady! And not bounce it all over the place (like normal) I am in my normal range and feel awesome ...I won't mind losing a little more even...but I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing which really isn't anything except staying honest to myself ! LOL Feels good...Thank you for all your commitment to us that post our intake in your thread! You have really helped me get my shhhhi---ship together! ;)
I am assuming you mean 213 which is a pound down. I beg to differ with him as well.. I do more now than I ever did to stay on track and loose the weight.. its all good because I have learned a new lifestyle in the way I now eat. But dont let anyone tell you this journey is easy. Congrats on the one pound loss and with you preparing to move and alll you will be getting plenty of exercise.. have a good week and a safe move Carla
