Felt really great today...I'm wondering if I'm actually absorbing my vitamins!  My head feels really clear...senses sharp...No sleepies today!   B: 1/2 C coffee w/1/2 C soymilk and protein powder L: 5 oz  Shrimp w /1 oz ****tail sauce S: 1 C Butternut squash, spicy sausage and lentil soup  D: 4 oz baked chicken breast w/spinach and goat cheese      2oz whole wheat egg noodles w/ 1 T parm cheese  S:1/2 red seeedless grapes S: 12 Parsnip chips (trader joes) Kinda like potato chips, sweeter, less carbs Fat: 45    Carbs: 139   Protein: 146    Fiber: 36   Calories: 1431   Sugar: 22.5

Well you have been doing really well at getting them in.  Thats great that you are feeling better.  Now you realize you may have been slowly not feeling good and didnt notice it.  nice nice day.. wow.. Keep it up Carla

Morning, still fighting the sore throat and my ears are bothering me too......food just doesn't sound appealing at all.  Going to work on getting in protein and let the rest be.  I am taking allergy and infection meds, hope this goes away soon.  I usually end up with broncitis when I get like this. Sorry to hear you are still not feeling well.  I hear this new virus going around hangs on a while.  I know my family was sick for a while with it.  just do the best you can for now.. Youre body will let you know what it needs.  good protein day and other than the low cals you made good choices. Get well soon Carla

Hi everyone! I had a bad week so I haven't been able to post much. This is my day yesterday Breakfast almonds   160/14/3/6 Lunch  salad with cheese   120/9/1/7 egg (1)   70/5/0/6 dressing  100/10/2/0 Snack Gladiator protein smoothie   470/12/30/45 Dinner cheese   140/14/2/10 Totals  1060/64/38/74 As you can see, not a good day all the way around.....BUT I wasn't hungry either....   Have a great day everyone!

Bad weeks happen and we do the best we can.  the goal is to not let them alter your eating plan in an adverse way.  you are pretty low in protein and cals but its better than being way over I would think.  Hope things get better soon Carla
