Heya Carla :) I had a good time at my plastic surgeon appointment!! Medicare is paying for everything I need done woohoo. Of course it will be many months before I get surgery (he says the wait list is about 9 months for elective surgeries but Im also on the stand by list so it could be much sooner than later) but I dont care cause IM not footing the bill this time wooohooo!!! Im eating to my limit and still lost another pound :( Its only 1 pound but that's 3 for the month already and I have 6 days left. Not liking the trend here. To have my plastics postponed due to low weight would be brutal, ya know? And on that note Im having another low cal day cause Im still messed up with the new time and not hungry at the right times or at all... Forgetting to eat??? Who would have dreamed it possible a few years ago? Thursday:
Snack: 2 lattes (180 cals, 18 protein)
Lunch: Chicken n cheese salad (400 cals, 5 fiber, 35 protein)
Dinner: Ham n cheese pitas (500 cals, 7 fiber, 40 protein)
Snack: ice cream (200 cals, 2 fiber, 6 protein) Cashews (320 cals, 3 fiber, 9 protein)
Totals: 1600 cals, 17 fiber, 108 protein Have a great Friday :) HUGS PK

Beautiful day in Nor Cal! We got a little rain first thing this morning but the sun is shining right now!

B: Cottage cheese pancakes with light butter and SF maple syrup

S: 1/4 c. Fage with Splenda peaches
S: 2 mini SF cheesecake bites

S: I might have 2 more mini SF cheesecake bites - I made a new batch with Chike Banana to add a little protein, but if they aren't frozen yet I'll have to wait until tomorrow because they are so much better frozen!
I haven't tallied up yet but I think I'll end up around 1400 cals and I'm well over 140 g of protein.
I tried starting my day with a protein drink right before my work-out and I think I'll continue that - I felt a lot better this morning and I just feel it got me off to a good start.

I was unable to move all night from the wheat gluten in the Boca burger...I won't trash them but will give them to my hubby. Never again for me...I don't think its the soy yet but I know I have sensitivity to gluten..........another food item off my list. It 4PM, I just started to feel better. I slept until noon which felt wonderful. I notice I am doing that once a week without trying...my body must be trying to catch up for all the years I slept 2 to 4 hrs a night...working and partying with my girlfriends,dancing until 4AM...how did I ever do that until I was 42!!
Oh my! I ate like a PIG today. Nothing seemed to fill me up but tonight I really over did it. I had a tilapia fillet with a bunch of veggies (in a packet of foil) and then I ate a NSA fruit pie...Been off limits for a month...I'm STUFFED...
Breakfast: 1/4 cup TVP, 1/4 cup Mighty Tasty, 1 cup soy milk and 2 cups coffee
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 medium raw peach
Lunch 3 oz tuna packet, lettuce, tomato and Rasp Pom Vinegret
Snack: 17 multi grain crackers, 2 slices american cheese, 1 oz SF Chocolate covered almonds, 4 oz container of Dannon Yogurt and 3 SF Peeps..(not all at once but I finished lunch early and kept eating every 2 hours...hungry girl here, I guess)
Dinner 3.3oz Tilapia foil rapped. Zucchini, greenbeans, tomatoes, onions..
Dessert: 1 NSA Blueberry Pie.

Calories: 1746, Fat: 58, Carbs: 206, Protein: 111 All those carbs gave me some pretty bad gas and I'm having cramps like crazy. Hope they don't get worse overnight...This is a bad one.
