Hmm, ok Ms. Carla, I sure hope you are feeling well, this is not you......I don't think I've ever woke up to not from you......hope you don't mind me getting it started. I'm suffering from the sore throat Michelle and others are dealing with, can barely talk today which is going to be tough at work.  I'm taking prescription allergy meds and seriously considering getting my antibotic prescription this morning. Didn't hit my goal for calories yesterday, just couldn't get there; I forced in a tbsp of peanut butter (that felt stuck in my throat) and an AchievOne last night.....food just didn't appeal to me at all yesterday. Okay, so if Carla isn't feeling well, I sure hope it's not contagious cuz I've been hanging around Carla alot lately...Feel better soon, Carla.. Here was my day yesterday..I even had room for a wine cooler!  Breakfast: 1/4 cup Mighty Tasty, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup Soy milk, 2 cups of coffee with NSA Swiss Miss (my fav) Snack: 1 oz cheese stick and 1 large grapefruit peeled and all the white gook taken off.  Lunch: 1 chicken breast fillet with swiss cheese and 3 slices of tomato. It was suppose to be a sandwich but I ordered it without the bread and ate it with a fork...Yummy Snack: SF Chocolate Covered Pretzels, counted like they were chocolate flavored...3 oz? okay. Dinner: 3.5 oz boneless pork chop, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 canned corn (probably not a half cup of both but I'll count it as that.  Dessert: 1 wine cooler..This made me relax and I slept pretty good, until I had a nightmare about my step daughter moving home again...yikes.  Totals: Calories: 1849 Fat: 56 Carbs: 208 Protein: 121 One high day isn't going to kill me but I think I need to sans the pretzels...But they sure tasted yummy. Better than those evil SF Peeps...I had to hide those from myself so that I wouldn't eat all 6 packages (I have 5 left). On the other hand, SF Peeps are only 60 calories - those pretzels were 390...Maybe peeps Thursday.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I love pretzels.. so empty with calories though.. lol.. i saw some of those peeps at walmart but I am not going near sugar for a while.. dont take much to teach me a lesson. lol.. great protein and your day is about right for you..  why do you think its to high.  Remember you are trying not to loose..  Have a great one and I will see you later...  At least you dont need to worry if I made you sick..lol Carla

yup i am doing good. i didnt give my money for the gym this month. so havent been exercising. but i do walk to and from work. i am planning on doing my treadmill soon so i can get more exercise in.

Thank you Dana for posting for me.. I had a crazy day yesterday.  Meetings for my kid and a long time friend I hadnt seen in forever dropped by and I never made it to the board last night.  I didnt even figure out my food for the day.  How sad is that.  It was nice seeing her again, except she thinks I am too skinny and I need to gain 30 pounds..lol... see.. I havent seen her since i had wls.  that was eye opening.  So I ate all the same things so you can figure my calories are the same cals 1200, fat below 50. carbs below 80 and protein about 115. Heading off to work I will be back on in a bit. Carla

Carla, glad to hear you were having fun and not ill......love when I hear the skinny comments, do not like the "you need to gain" comment. I'll let you take over this ship now, lol.......have a great day.

Drop by's (as much as you love the people) can turn your day upside down!  LOL I know!!   I have no excuse for my day...You know, I can see why so many people are heavy. I really do not know why I never figured the calories in my foods when I was heavy. I never looked at the nutritonal value for a slice of pizza...Not just any pizza...but a slice from Costco (which I did find the calories for that particular pizza which is an extra large slice LOADED with cheese).  So, I'm going to put the exact numbers on that pizza to shock you all!  I know I was stunned! I had to fight myself not to eat much after that to stay in a decent number range...I doubt I will do pizza again unless I make it myself the healthy way...Good grief!!!!!!!! S: 1/2 C Coffee 1/2 C soymilk and protein (trying to cut my coffee since iron doesn't like coffee) :( B: 1/2 C egg beaters scrambled with onion      and a wedge of laughing cow cheese      1 roma tomatoe sliced and salted L: Zone Perfect Protein Bar  (was on the go) D: 1 Slice Costco consession stand pizza....O-M-I-G-O-D!!!! I almost fainted when I saw the values of it...It let me know too that I am NOT used to eating that rich and heavy...1slice equals: fat:  38    carbs: 70.5    protein: 44.5    fiber: 2.5    calories: 804   sugars: 6 S: 1/4 C of hubby's frozen FF soft serve yogurt (also costco)....um um 1/2 tsp VIRGIN-coconut oil with multi-vitamins S :Mixed green salad w/Salad spritzer S: 4 strawberries Fat: 60    Carbs: 120.5    Protein: 104.5     Fiber 7.5    Calories: 1467 What a struggle after that pizza (late night munchies) I made seriously safe choices! Had a cup of hot magnesium-citrate tea....weird stuff...It sizzles in ho****er...Looks like a science project ingredient...Tastes lemony and sour...TG for Splenda! (magnesium for muscle spasms...I walked a lot today and am deficient in mag...this really helps!)

OMG... wow.. that is totally crazy for one slice of pizza.  Now I know I will never touch it again.  funny how before I thought nothing about polishing off over half of a large by myself.   at least it had some protein in it..lol... and fat and carbs.... =-0  I bet you had to reign it in after that.. Have a good one... I am not sure a slice of pizza is worth all that..lol.. See ya tomorrow Carla
