Occasionally...I get it really bad from eating fresh cherries because I cannot stop! They are the worst! Grapes will do it too, but the give me a tummy ache before the foamies start! Cherries give me no warning! LOL I don't eat too many sweets so I find that only juicy sweet fruits do this to me...

Once in a blue moon, when I eat solid protein such as chicken, sometimes even something like tuna--if I eat too quickly or don't chew well, I get a slight case of the foamies. I sure wish that happened when I eat sweets.
