Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday
Heeellooo Carla :) OMG Thank you its not just me! The time change has me in such a mess. I am late to sleep and late to wake which means Im late for all of my timed meds and snacks and and and... Plus everyone around me works so they are all on new time and Im on old time so I am missing hubby, friends n family routines thanks to being this stupid hour off all the time... My body has to catch up soooon! Tuesday I was not hungry at all... weird day for me, but after the huge calorie intake on Monday I spose it all levels out. Tuesday:
Lunch: Ham & brocoli (300 cals, 5 fiber, 27 protein)
Snack: 2 lattes (180 cals, 18 protein)
Dinner: Ham n cheese pitas (500 cals, 7 fiber, 40 protein)
Snack: yogurt (80 cals, 8 protein) bar (150 cals, 9 fiber, 11 protein)
Totals: 1210 cals, 21 fiber, 94 protein HUGS PK
