Yesterday looked a lot like the day before, except for dinner! B - Aunt Jemima Breakfast Sandwich, Venti Breve Caffe Mocha L - Beef stew, Ricotta Fluff, 1 oz cheddar cheese S - venti breve caffe mocha, 1 c. trail mix D - General Tso's chicken (about a cup), Pork Fried Rice (1/2 c), eggroll w/duck sauce S - earl grey tea Total Calories 4118 Calories from fat: 2561 (285 g) Calories from carbs: 798 (221 g) Calories from protein: 591 (148 g) DS Math - Total Calories absorbed: 1664 Calories from fat: 512 Calories from carbs: 798 (could be less if there were complex carbs...) Calories from protein: 354 Golly, at this rate, I'm going to lose weight!  Under 2000 again!

Sleeping on the job... eh?  LOL  I can't get used to the time change either...I'm all screwed up (along with my AOHELL)  I ran a very elaborate virus scan that took a few hours...and it got a clean bill of health...So I think it's the kinks in the newest version of AOL...Wish they'd hurry and fix that! It's making me NUTS!!!!!! (Without the fat calories in nuts) LOL S: Coffee with protein B: 1/2 C High protein cereal with 1T Wheat germ, 1/2 oz dried gogi berries,      1/2 C Silk plain soymilk L:  5oz pulled pork with a 2T Fage yogurt (no bread) S: 22 Raw sugar snap peas D: 5oz Firm silk tofu (YUCKY!) with stirfry veggies      (corn, soybeans, carrots, sugar snap peas, onions)      1/2 t Coconut oil and 2 T soy-ginger -sesame seed marinade *Silken tofu is just not filling enough...Will not use that again, only in smooties as I usually do! It has the texture of eggs without the nice satisfied fullness...I was hungry soon after this! S: Barbeque soy crisps dipped in plain fage yogurt (my chips and dip) S: 3 sugar free lemon creme cookies  (ouch) Left me feeling icky...Tasted great though! Fat: 43    Carbs: 148    Protein: 104    Fiber: 21     Cal: 1453      Sugar: 52 Over the last three days...My cals have been closer to 1500 than to 1300...and I lost 3 lbs as of this morning...quite interesting...especially with no real good exercise lately.  HMMMM???

Hmmm got me wondering..,.I added calories and some carbs by eating some pasta and was a little lighter this morning also...so what is that about? I was too busy to really (last 3 days) get in full exercise  as well.,.so this makes me wonder if when we exercise its heavier because we are more toned. Like the old saying which I am not sure if its true or not??? Muscle weighs more than fat.

Nice day for you.  I did the same thing every time i increased my calories.  The body lets go of things its hording to keep you from starving. Carla

It was another bad day for me yesterday.  But the scale has been kind and this morning it was the same as it was yesterday morning.

Isn't it amazing how many cals and fat are in a burger and fry.  oh my and I think back and remember I always got the double with extra large fry and something on the side.  What was I thinking.  It's all good to have a splurge day once in a while. Carla

Visited with my folks today.The other day my dad had missed the last step coming down the stairs and went flying, hit his head and landed on his right knee and hand. Luckily besides being bruised up he is ok. He had two of the blackest eyes I ever have seen from hitting his forehead.

Wow that is terrible about your dad.  I am sure that hurts like the dickens.  test yourself.. a small frosty.  thats like commiting a crime.. look at that bad boy.  other than that you did good.  How much sugar is in that thing.  Sugar must not bother you.  I would have died. Hope your dad gets to feeling better real soon. Carla
